Looking through all of the craziness of new blogs, old blogs, and news sites that are so tough to go clicking through all of those sites to get what you really want. The juicy stories! If you are wanting to organize all of this to make it easier and quicker to organize your internet information then you need to get a Feed Reader. A feed is what the site puts out every time they post something new. They update the feed and your reader brings them to your desktop. This is a list of some easier to understand and use Feed Readers.
  1. Google eReader - This is one of the quickest to get the new feed updates for you. With Google's eReader you can read your feeds from any computer since it is web based and just needs a login with your gmail account. The Google eReader will organize it slightly for you, but it is up to you if wanting to go more advanced in the organization and customization. The options for you to also, see the most popular feeds, get recommended feeds, and quickly share/email them is there for easy access.

  2. FeedReader - If simplicity is what gets you going then this is the reader for you. The Feedreader is very simple to organize, use, and read for pretty much anyone. Although, with that simplicity you also give up the look and feel. It can be very boring looking and not really any helpful functions in finding new feeds or sharing. It does have the ability to search through the feeds that you currently have to find a specific story.

  3. OmeaPro - Great functions visual stimulation while reading your news. Folders are given for you to organize your feeds into specific topics depending on how you want to view them. The information is in well Omea also works as an email and IM reader too. This gives you the ability to have everything in one place ready to read at your discretion.

  4. Mozilla Thunderbird - Great way to integrate everything together. With Mozilla's Thunderbird you will be able to do it all in one place. This is also integrated with Firefox and has add-ons that allow you to easily save your rss feeds easily in the applications. The set up is easy enough for a child.
