Punch a Duck: Spam will get you in prison

"Spam King" goes down in court today! People have been wondering what is going to happen to the infamous spammer that has caught the media's eye. Alan Ralsky has made a scam built around spamming through emails attempting to make people believe that they are getting an email from a friend or a corporation.

The email would persuade them that buying this stock from China. The price of the stock were very low cost stocks then to be bumped up in price by the scammers. Alan, and others, made over $2.7 million dollars off of this completely sickening fraud. This is one of those times that the Can-Spam has done what is truly meant to do. The "Spam King" has now been sentenced for 4 years in prison. The others, Scott Bradley, will be sentenced later on.
